Wanda Jean Thompson passed away peacefully on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, at CMMC.

She was born February 8, 1957, in Bridgton. She was the daughter of Alphonso Harmon and Lorraine Smith. She lived in Bridgton all her life, graduating from Lake Region High School and growing up with her longtime friends Pat and Hazel Shaw.

Wanda married Frederick Thompson April 26, 1975, and had a son, Jason Thompson, whom married Jennifer Davis, both in Bridgton, and a stepdaughter, Kelly Thompson, whom married Jerry Breceda, both in Mississippi.

Wanda sold Avon, worked on her geneology and helped raise Keegan Neddenriep. She enjoyed outings and spending time with family and friends.

There will be no memorial or graveside service at this time. She will be cremated and a future burial service will take place at South High Street cemetery next to her parents for both Frederick and Wanda, whose wishes were to be buried together.
