Theresa Egan

OTISFIELD — Theresa Walsh Egan, 49, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018. She grew up in Harrison and Otisfield, and graduated from Oxford Hills High School in 1987.

Theresa has always enjoyed cooking and baking, at home and professionally, as she catered local events. She worked in a variety of capacities at local companies, including Hancock Lumber and Lee’s Family Trailer, and was most recently the baker at the Village Donut Shop in Raymond.

She enjoyed reading and camping with her family, loved to travel and enjoyed trips to Florida, Virginia Beach, Las Vegas, Canada, London, and Central Europe. Theresa had a ready laugh and was always ready for fun. Halloween was a favorite holiday because of her enjoyment of dressing in costumes.

Her quick wit and welcoming manner will be forever missed by her husband Mark Egan, children, Abi, Max, and Tom; parents Sam and Marsha Glatz Walsh; and siblings Sam Walsh, Stephanie Walsh Arnold, and Patrick Egan.

A Celebration of Theresa’s life will be held upstairs at Rustler’s Steakhouse in Windham, Maine on Saturday, March 24, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Those who knew Theresa or her family are welcome to stop by.
