JANUARY Mason’s Lake Region Vocational Center Student of the Month is Olivia Martin, a senior in the Early Childhood Occupations II program. Olivia is a self-motivated learner and a philosophical thinker who is wise beyond her years. She is academically inquisitive and curious about the early childhood field and the children that the program serves.  Olivia is a dependable student, and a clear communicator as well, even making a presentation about the program to the school board last year.  She was also instrumental in creating an informational video about the program for students who were considering enrolling. Olivia plans to attend a four-year college, preferably Tufts University, to continue her studies in the field of Early Childhood. Her career goal is to become a child psychologist. Olivia is the daughter of Christopher and Lisa Martin of Stow. Congratulations, Olivia!
