Sharon Louise Cloutier Cushman, 65, of Bridgton, died peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2019, in Lewiston, following a long illness.

Sharon was born Feb. 6, 1954, in Portland, Maine. She was the fourth child of Donald and Beatrice Cloutier of South Portland. After graduating from South Portland high school she was primarily a homemaker. She spent many years volunteering with her church in Windham prior to falling ill, opening a food and resource pantry for needy in the community in 1987. She later enjoyed doll collecting and managed several popular music groups on social media.

Sharon leaves behind her loving husband, Philip Cushman of Bridgton; two daughters, Sheri Maines of Sebago, and Sandie Doyon and her husband Gerry Doyon of Westbrook; three sisters; one brother; nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; great-grandson, Leon Bressett of Westbrook; and niece, Patricia Ange of Standish.

A celebration of her life will be planned in Bridgton later this summer.
