EAST BALDWIN — Ruth Elizabeth Hill, 61, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019.

She was born in Portland, on July 24, 1958, and graduated from Sacopee Valley High School. Throughout her life, Ruth had a passion for gardening and flowers. She worked for many years at the Werner Farm in Newfield, and Ossipee Trail Garden Center in Gorham. Besides her love of gardening and planting, she enjoyed outdoor activities like camping, being around a campfire, mowing her lawn, and different sporting activities. Ruth was also known for her wonderful cooking. She had a great personality that will be remembered forever.

She was predeceased by a son, Paul Watson.

Ruth is survived by her longtime partner, Ernie Morrill; son, Timothy Watson of Sebago; and a granddaughter.
