Player of the Week: Noah Duprey

Noah Duprey

Captain Noah Duprey is a dedicated young man with great work ethics when it comes to playing golf, Lake Region Coach Art Kilborn says.

Noah has maintained a 9-hole average score of 37.1 over 24 rounds.

“In the 18 years that I have been coaching this sport, his average is the best. He has turned in practice rounds of 2-under-par two times and had one score of 40,” Coach Kilborn said. “He tries to play and/or practice every day. Noah is a helpful teammate to the other members of our team and will give advice when asked. He is certainly able to demonstrate technique that would help a team member with his/her game.”

In recognition of his strong work ethic, determination, commitment and good sportsmanship, Noah is this week’s Lake Region Boosters and Hancock Lumber “Player of the Week.” Each week, a Lake Region athlete is recognized for his/her dedication (does more than what is asked), work ethic, coachability and academic good standing. Recipients receive a specially-designed t-shirt, sponsored by Hancock Lumber.
