Zachari A. Allaire, 23, of Leominster, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on June 26, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Ethan James Bedard, 23, of Hubbardston, Mass., was found guilty of importing malt liquor or wine on July 16, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $250.
Joel A. Bellerine, 29, of Dayville, Conn., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for transporting malt liquor or wine on July 4, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Jonathan Blalock, 39, of Manson, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for failure to display a lake and river protection sticker on July 9, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Brianna J. Bolduc, 20, of New Gloucester, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on June 26, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
John H. Bubar, 24, of Cornish, was found guilty of attaching false motor vehicle registration plates on April 20, 2010 in Porter and was fined $150. As the result of a plea agreement, Bubar had a charge of failing to stop for a police officer on April 20, 2010 in Porter dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above. Bubar was found by the court to have committed the civil offense of possession of marijuana on the same date in Porter and was fined $350.
Susan B. Connors, 51, of New Hope, Pa., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on Aug. 6, 2010 in Denmark and was fined $100.
Richard C. Cooke, 20, of Denmark, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 4, 2010 in an unspecified town and was fined $100.
John K. Cournoyer, 21, of Barrington, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for possession of drug paraphernalia on July 3, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $300.
Shaun M. Dapkas, 23, of North Billerica, Mass., had the civil offense of importing malt liquor on July 16, 2010 in Fryeburg adjudicated, or decided by the court, and was fined $400. As the result of a plea agreement, Dapkas had a second charge of importing malt liquor or wine on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for his admission to the civil offense listed above.
Brandon R. Day, 26, of Porter, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on May 11, 2009 in Porter and was sentenced to serve seven days in the Oxford County Jail, fined $600 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year. As the result of a plea agreement, Day had a charge of violating a condition of release on the same date in Porter dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.
William R. Dillon Jr., 39, of Franklin, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 15, 2010 in Bridgton and was fined $100.
Evan C. Dolber, 18, of Malden, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 10, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Joshua A. Downs, 24, no hometown listed, was found guilty of importing malt liquor or wine on June 26, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Brandi Field, 28, of Hollis, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended or revoked on May 27, 2009 in Hiram and was fined $500.
Justin R. Gamacho, 29, of Gardner, Mass., was found guilty of transporting malt liquor or wine on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Katheryn A. Gill, 23, of Gray, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant on July 20, 2010 in Brownfield and was sentenced to serve 48 hours in the Oxford County Jail, fined $600 and had her driver’s license suspended for 90 days. As the result of a plea agreement, Gill had a charge of violating a condition of release on the same date in Brownfield dismissed, in exchange for her guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Brittney L. Gordish, 21, of Millbury, Mass., was found guilty of possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350.
Brian Goutier, 25, of Haverhill, Mass., was found guilty of criminal restraint on July 17, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $300.
Todd K. Groman, 42, of Stratham, N.H., had a charge of violation of watercraft rules on July 10, 2010 in Standish dismissed for an unspecified reason.
Zack R. Grondin, 18, of New Durham, N.H., was found guilty of possession of up to one and one-quarter ounces of marijuana and being a minor possessing liquor on July 25, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $350 and $200, respectively.
Fred Jackson, 22, of Somerset, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 25, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Shaun M. Kelly, 21, of Carver, Mass., had a charge of being a minor possessing liquor on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg adjudicated, or decided by the court, and was fined $300. As the result of a plea agreement, Kelly had a charge of being a minor transporting liquor on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for his admission to the offense listed above.
Timothy Kelly, 42, of Sweden, had a charge of creating a police standoff on Oct. 30, 2009 in Sweden dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to another, unspecified, charge.
Michael Kelly, 19, of Brownfield, was found guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 11, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $75 and ordered to make restitution of $26. As the result of a plea agreement, Kimball had charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor consuming liquor on the same date in Fryeburg dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.
Emily R. Knipp, 18, of Fryeburg, was found guilty of being a minor possessing liquor on July 13, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Jason A. Lee, 38, of Barrington, N.Y., had a charge of importing spirits into Maine on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg adjudicated, or decided by the court, and was fined $200.
Michael Lee, 28, of Bridgton, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on Oct. 12, 2009 in Denmark and was fined $250.
Gregory S. Levasseur, 28, of Laconia, N.H., paid a $100 fine by waiver for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 9, 2010 in Fryeburg.
Tyler S. Lorman, 20, of Barrington, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 3, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Neal R. Lowell, 45, of Brownfield, was found guilty of disorderly conduct by making loud noise in a private place and disorderly conduct by making loud, unreasonable noise on June 6, 2010 in Brownfield and was fined $100 on each.
Steven E. Ludwig, 43, of Bridgton, had the following charges on June 3, 2009 in Sweden dismissed for unspecified reasons: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, domestic violence assault, obstructing the reporting of a crime and criminal trespass.
Jayson S. Lusky, 25, of Fryeburg, had charges of furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 17, 2010 in Fryeburg dismissed for unspecified reasons.
Julie A. Magyar, 19, of Attleboro, Mass., was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on Aug. 28, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
Kevin R. Marcotte, 26, of Tilton, N.H., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for transporting malt liquor or wine on July 23, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $300.
Paul J. McCassie, 27, of Amesbury, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for illegal transportation of liquor within the state on July 24, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $300.
Matthew D. McDevitt, 19, of Prince George, Va., was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license on July 8, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $150.

James F. Molinari, 65, of Burlington, Mass., was found guilty of fishing without a valid fishing license on July 11, 2010 in Denmark and was fined $100.

Colleen Parks, 20, of Lebanon, was found guilty of operating a watercraft without safety equipment on July 9, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $100.
William Pulcifur, 49, of Parsonsfield, was found guilty of disorderly conduct by use of offensive words or gestures on May 4, 2010 in Porter and was fined $150. As the result of a plea agreement, Pulcifur had a charge of assault on the same date in Porter dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.
William F. Reno, 37, of Medford, Mass., defaulted, or failed to appear in court, for operating or permitting the operation of an unregistered motorboat on July 10, 2010 in Fryeburg and was fined $200.
Wade Richardson, 45, of Brownfield, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while his driver’s license was suspended or revoked on July 28, 2010 in Brownfield and was fined $500. As the result of a plea agreement, Richardson had a charge of operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation on the same date in Brownfield dismissed, in exchange for his guilty plea to the charge listed above.
