Michael S. Riley, 66
GORHAM — Michael Steven Riley, 66, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018.
He was born in Portland, on Nov. 3, 1951, the son of Edna Louise (Merrifield) and Martin T. Riley III.
Michael was a 1970 graduate of Westbrook High School. He then made a career for himself working as an antique dealer. Michael had a love for vintage automobiles and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Over his lifetime, he owned over 13 Harley-Davidsons and an Indian. Michael took first place on multiple occasions at the Bonny Eagle Car Show with his 1955 Chevy Bel Air that he fully restored.

Michael was an honest, hardworking and loyal individual who loved and cared for his family. He enjoyed finding treasures at local auctions, yard sales and estate sales. He loved the outdoors: snowmobiling, hunting, and fishing.
He is survived by his son, Steven Riley; his significant other, Patricia Cobb of Gorham; sisters, Lorraine Riley of Hollis and Francine Edwards of Naples; brother, Chet Merrifield III of Steep Falls; two nephews and many grandchildren, extended family and friends.
