Michael Boulay

SEBAGO — Michael D. Boulay, 64, of Sebago, died peacefully Sunday, December 12, 2021, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born February 16, 1957, in Fort Kent, the son of Lucien and Annette (Paradis) Boulay.

Mike, also known to his friends as “Frenchie,” was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brothers, was a true Celtics and Patriots fan, who loved classic rock, especially AC/DC, which was evident with his going to see Dirty Deeds just a few weeks ago in Portland. He will be remembered for having that special connection with our four-legged friends. Sam and Frankie certainly held a big piece of his heart. No one could deny he knew how to bring a smile to your face, living by his motto of “it is what it is.”

He is survived by his brother Rodney and wife Gloria of Fort Kent; sister Brenda and husband Joel Gagnon, of Walla- grass; sister Susan Niehoff of North Berwick; brother Alan and wife Susan of Wells; and multiple nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Joel and Larry and sister-in-law Thelma. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.

The family wishes to thank Northern Light Mercy Oncology and Hospice services for the great care they showed Mike.

Per his request, there will be no public funeral services. Arrangements are entrusted to the Johnson Funeral Home, North Berwick, where condolences may be expressed at www.JohnsonFuneralHomeME.com
