Area services planned for Memorial Day:

Sunday, May 29

• Bridgton at 11 a.m., American Legion Post 67 will be performing Memorial Day Service at the Veterans’ Memorial at the intersection of Main Street and Depot Street. 

Monday, May 30

• Casco Day Park, 9 a.m.

• Harrison Memorial Day starts with service at the United Parish Congregational Church of Harrison & North Bridgton (77 Main Street in Harrison) at 9:30 a.m. followed by processional stops local cemetery and address by Robert Casimiro at Memorial Park (Main Street). Bridgton Town Band will participate. All veterans are encouraged to march or attend. For more information, call 583-2232.

• Lovell Veterans’ Park, Route 5, 11 a.m.

• CANCELLED (due to Covid) Sebago at 11:30 a.m. at the memorial adjacent to Sebago Elementary School.

• Fryeburg Memorial Day Parade, 1 p.m., Bradley Street to Main Street, ending at Bradley Park with Memorial Day service.
