Lawrence C. Morton
CASCO — Lawrence “Bigfoot” C. Morton passed away peacefully on October 16, 2023, at home with his family by his side after battling heart and kidney disease.
Larry was born in Bridgton on December 5, 1957, to Carroll Morton and Irene (Irish) Morton, the second child and son. He later became a big brother to four more siblings. Larry attended Lake Region area schools. At age 17, Larry

Larry always had a great sense of humor, and never lost it through any of his life’s speed bumps. Anyone who ever met Larry always ended up laughing with him. He made the “Morton wave” his and everyone expected to see it in any picture he was in. Larry enjoyed building model cars, playing on his tractors and hanging out in “Grampa’s garage.”
Larry married Darlene Hunt in 1977 and they lived in Casco, raising their four children.
