Eileen Adele (Sullivan) Ellis, 79, passed away on December 1, 2023, at home with her loving son by her side.

She was born April 8, 1944, in Nova Scotia, Canada, a daughter of Vincent and Eileen (McDonald) Sullivan. She married Robert Ellis on November 27, 1980.

She worked in the insurance industry before her retirement. She loved to spend time with family especially her sister June and her late husband Joe Higgins, at the family holidays over Thanksgiving, Christmas and 4th of July. Also spending time with her grandson Keith Roop at his sporting events, going out to dinner with many friends in Bridgton. She enjoyed vacationing and cruises where she made many friends.

She was predeceased by her loving parents, Vincent and Eileen Sullivan, her loving husband Robert Ellis, who passed away in July 2023, her bother-in-law Joe Higgins.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son George Roop, grandson Keith Roop, sister June Higgins Sullivan from Concord N.H., sister-in-law Barbara Clark, niece Robyn Clark, grandnephew Brooks Clark, and grandniece Nakita Clark.
