NORWAY — David H.F. White, 80, of Norway, passed away on Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at Norway Center for Health and Rehabilitation.

He was born in North Conway, N.H., on July 31, 1939, the son of Seth M. and Elizabeth Fletcher White. He graduated from Cape Elizabeth schools and had worked in building maintenance. He was a N.H. State Trooper and a Conway officer for 14 years. He enjoyed model trains, and he worked on developing the Conway Scenic Railroad. He also helped build the rides at Storyland.

He is survived by his wife Mary A. (Desrochers) White; his father; his children Robin Harmon and husband Paul, Nathan White and wife Tammy and Kelly Somers and her companion Dennis Welch; grandchildren Jonathan and wife Lynsie and Daniel; great-grandchildren Emmelia and Hunter; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his mother; and his stepmothers Barbara and Dorothy.
