Our beautiful mom, Janet Elizabeth Bucknell, passed away on November 9, 2024.

She was born December 29, 1938, to Carl and Florence Button. Formerly of Fryeburg, she has lived in Lady Lake, Florida since the passing of her husband George “Stubby” Bucknell in 2013.

She loved life, she loved to dance and sing and whip it up on the dance floor. She loved her family and her friends, and they loved her.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Bob Cameron of Higganum, Conn.; her daughter Lynn and partner Brenda of Windham; son Carl and partner Bethany of New Bedford, Mass.; daughter Lori and husband Scott Tibbetts of Denmark; daughter Leigh and husband Paul Kiesman of Denmark; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

At her request there will be no service.
