David L. Price, 62
AUBURN — David Lee Price, 62, of Fryeburg, passed away at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn, on Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, surrounded by his family following declining health over the past five years.
He was born on July 23, 1957, in Lubec to Leroy and Viola Price.
David graduated from Portland High School in 1976. In 1978, he met Stephanie and married her on July 4, 1981. He worked at Green Thumb Farms before moving on to Bailey Manufacturing for 25 years. He also worked at Saunders Brothers in the early 2000s. He then worked at Clyde Watson Inc., the Fryeburg Fair and Shawnee Peak for many years in off-seasons before he was forced to retire due to his health in 2012.
David was a devoted husband and father who loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed taking his sons hunting, fishing, having bonfires, cookouts and most of all helping anyone he could when he could. We surely miss his smile, laughter, jokes and his endless caring love.
